1. Overview

ProFIT is a digital platform connecting customers with verified and skilled service providers such as electricians, plumbers, masons, carpenters, and automobile mechanics across Sri Lanka.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to register.
• Accurate and complete registration details are required.
• Service providers must possess relevant skills or qualifications.

3. Nature of Services

• ProFIT acts solely as a facilitator between customers and service providers.
• All service providers are independently verified.
• Agreements made outside the app are not the responsibility of ProFIT.

5. Bookings & Payments

• Service requests and quotations are managed via the ProFIT App.
• Payments can be made via cash, cards, bank transfer, or wallet.
• Commission rates range between 1% – 6%.

9. Professional Conduct

ProFIT enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior. All users must maintain professionalism and respect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
