3. How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your phone number or email address. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile.

4. Can I update my profile?

Yes. Go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your information anytime.

5. How do I delete my account?

  • • Go to Profile → Additional Settings → Delete Account
  • • Select a reason
  • • Confirm deletion

⚠ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Are service providers verified?

Yes. ProFIT verifies service providers using identity details, skills, and relevant documents before allowing them to offer services.

7. How do I book a service?

  • Select a service provider
  • View ratings and profile
  • Send a booking request

8. Can I contact providers before booking?

Yes. You can use the in-app messaging system to discuss your requirements before confirming a booking.

9. How do payments work?

Payments can be made through the app or directly to service providers depending on the booking type. Secure payment methods are supported where applicable.
